Hongfa's 50000 m3 / a aerated block production line equipment delivered to Guizhou

In September, a customer from Guizhou signed a contract with our company to purchase a 50,000 cubic meter aerated block production line supporting equipment. The contract mainly includes board breaking machine, cutting machine (cross-cutting, longitudinal cutting), clap machine (finished, semi-finished products), turning platform, ferry car, side plate, mold box, steaming trolley, pouring mixer, metering system, electrical system, etc. AAC line supporting equipment.

When placing an order for a contract, we make overall plans, have a meeting with the heads of various departments, focus on the production of the contract, and decompose each work. From the procurement of raw materials to product processing and production, the factory commissioning and inspection of finished products, we strictly control the gate and strive to provide customers with qualified equipment. After receiving the order, all the staff of our company think about what the customer thinks, work overtime, and work hard. Finally, in early November, all the equipment under the contract was sent to the customer’s site for installation in accordance with the customer’s requirements; the equipment under the contract was divided into two parts. 5 batches of loading and delivery have been completed.
