The QT10-15F block machine and its supporting equipment are exported to Vietnam

On April 12, 2017, the QT10-15F block machine and its supporting equipment independently developed and produced by our company were loaded. The truck with the machines will send to the location of our Vietnamese customer. .

The QT10-15F block machine developed and produced by our company is a special equipment for the production of building blocks. The machine can use fly ash, slag or other industrial waste residues, river sand, gravel, cement and other materials to produce various hollow blocks, porous bricks, curbs, pavement bricks, grass-planting bricks, concrete products such as tree bricks and slope protection bricks. Adding face feeding equipment can also produce layered products.

The main frame of the QT10-15F block machine adopts a gantry frame structure, made of steel, which is strong and resistant to vibration and has good reliability. The design adopts independent foundation hydraulic discharge method, and the raw materials are discharged immediately after use. The plug-in welding mold is made of manganese steel by carburizing and quenching. It is not easy to deform and wear when using 100,000 molds. QT10-15F block forming machine can form a simple production line with PL1200 batching machine, JS750 mixer, 8-meter belt conveyor, and cuber.
