Limestone is the primary raw material used in cement production. The cement production line mainly consists of the following process stages:

crushing and preblending, raw material preparation and homogenization, preheating and decomposition, clinker burning,cement grinding, and cementpackaging.The main equipment used in the cement production line includes conveying equipment, belt conveyors, feeders, crushers,

mills, weigh feeders,dust collectors, roller presses,ball mills, elevators,rotary kilns, dryers,air slides,air compressors,powder separators,FU chain

conveyors, bucket elevators, grate coolers, kiln hoods, coal injection pipes,cyclone preheaters,packaging machines, and other equipment.

1.Cement Mill


Brief Introduction:

Cement mill is the key equipment to crush after materials have already been broken. Cement mill is widely used in cement, silicate products,

new building materials, refractory materials,fertilizer, black and nonferrous metal processing and glass ceramics industry, etc. It can dry or dry

grind a variety of ores and other grind-able materials.

Structure & Principle:

The cement mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device, driven by a brim gearwheel.   I here are two chambers and a grid. Material goes into the first chamber through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stage liners and ripple liners as well as steel balls. The shell rotates

brings ball to a certain height and then the balls drop down by grinding the material. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second

chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel ball. After the secondary grinding, material is

discharged from the discharging mouth.

2.Rotary Dryer


Brief Introduction:

Rotary dryer is suitable to dry metallic and nonmetallic mineral, clay in cement industry and coal in coal mine, etc. Rotary dryer can be widely

used to dry various materials, and it is simple to be operated.

Working & Principle:

Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials

enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the

lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix

completely. So drying efficiency is improved.

3.Cement rotary kiln

Product Overview:

The cement rotary kiln is mainly used for the calcination of cement clinker, including dry process cement rotary kiln, semidry process cement

rotary kiln, and wet process cement rotary kiln.The raw meal powder is fed into the kiln cylinder from the high end of the kiln tail Due to the

inclination and slow rotation of the kiln cylinder, the material undergoes a composite motion of rolling along the circumferential direction and moving from the high end to the low end along the axial direction. The raw materials go through processes such as decomposition and

sintering inside the kiln, and the sintered cement dinker is discharged from the lower end of the kiln cylinder.

Performance Features

The kiln body is made of high quality carbon steel or alloy steel and welded automatically. The rolling ring is made of ZG35CrMo or

42CrMo steel. The big teeth are connected with the kiln cylinder through the tangential spring plate. The sealing device structure adopts two

categories:labyrinth type and contact type. The contact type is flake type, graphite block type, cylinder slip ring type and so on. The sealing

effect of the system is good, the waste heat is fully utilized, the dust removal is environmentally friendly, simple and effective, and the clinker

quality is high and the burning heat consumption is low.

4.Metallurgical rotary kiln

Product Overview:

The metallurgical rotary kiln is a thermal equipment used for drying,roasting, and calcining Ioose or slurry materials. It is applied in various

industries such as nonferrous metallurgy, steelmaking, chemical, cement, and refractory materials, and plays a significant role,particularly in

nonferrous metallurgy and refractory materials industry. The metallurgical and chemical kiln is primarily used in the metallurgical industry for

the magnetizing roasting of low-grade iron ore in steel plants,oxidation roasting of chromite and nickeliron ore, as well as in refractory material

plants for the calcination of high alumina vanadium clay and in aluminum plants for the calcination of clinker and alumina hydroxide.

Performance Features

The kiln body is made of high quality calm carbon steel or alloy steel plates that are rolled and automatically welded. The wheel belt, support

wheel, and open gear are made of alloy cast steel. Sliding bearings adopt large clearance nonscraping tile bearings. The transmission system

consists of a hardened gear reducer, elastic membrane coupling, and DC motor drive. It uses a hydraulic thrust roller and is equipped with a

slowspeed drive device. The kiln head and kiln tail are sealed tightly with flake pressing and cylinder compression, providing an effective

sealing effect.

5.Lime rotary kiln

Product Overview:

The lime rotary kiln, also known as the rotary drum kiln, is a widely used equipment for lime production, It has an advanced structure with a

combined flake sealing at both ends of the rotary kiln, ensuring a leakage coefficient of less than 10%. It uses composite refractory materials

to reduce radiative heat loss. The lime rotary kiln is a rotating device that is typically used to heat limestone and other raw materials to high

temperatures, causing them to decompose into lime and compounds such as carbon dioxide. This process is known as lime calcination.

In the lime rotary kiln, the raw materials are fed into one end of the kiln, pass through the hightemperature zone inside the kiln barrel, and

eventually produce lime and other by-products at the other end.

Performance Features

1. The advanced structure of the vertical preheater with low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating efficiency. The decomposition rate of limestone after preheating can reach 20-25%, and it can directly utilize fine-grained limestone of 10-15mm.

2. The reliable combined flake sealing at both ends of the rotary kiln ensures a leakage coefficient of less than 10%. It uses composite refractory materials to reduce radiative heat loss.

3. The filling type, zoned and ventilated circular or square vertical cooler allows the lime exiting the cooler to have a temperature

of 800°C`+ ambient temperature, facilitating transportation and_storage. It also enables the preheating of secondary air entering the kiln to

over 700°C, reducing the wear on moving parts and special materials.

6.Rotary cooler

Product Overview:

The rotary cooler is used in the production of compound fertilizers to cool the fertilizer granules to a certain temperature.It is commonly used

in conjunction with a dryer, which significantly improves the cooling speed, reduces labor intensity,increases production capacity, further

removes excess moisture, and lowers the granule temperature of compound fertilizers.

Performance Features:

The rotary cooler can also be used for cooling other powdered or granular materials. This equipment has a compact structure,high cooling

efficiency, reliable performance, and strong adaptability.
