      QTJ5-20 fully automatic cement brick machine is a fully automatic program-controlled block forming equipment developed by our company. The design and manufacture of this machine fully consider the production, use and maintenance conditions of medium and small concrete brick and block manufacturers in China, and has the following characteristics:

B. Using PLC program control, block production is fully automated.

C. The main machine adopts pressure and high frequency synchronous vibration molding, so that the forming blocks are more dense.

D. The use of rapid arch breaking cloth device, molding cloth times and vibration time can be set and modified according to the different materials.

E. Double column guide and wear-resistant materials are used to ensure the

accurate operation of the mold and indenter, and the forming density of the block is higher.

F. A multi-purpose machine, both can produce load-bearing blocks, and can produce

non-load-bearing blocks, by replacing the mold, you can produce a variety of
